The goal is to substitute the need to buy IT equipments for official as well as individual use. Thus, leveraging easy rental plan for IT equipments. The equipments offered by us include: laptops, macbooks, workstations, servers, etc.
We are have our registered office in Mumbai. Our IT Support team are available at Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and other Tier 3 cities.
We have not limited ourselves with any kind of time limits. The rental tenure is flexible and thus you can fix it as per your requirement. Thus, there is no specific/minimum time duration for the rental tenure.
The money deposited by you at the time of renting is the security amount against the equipments that are being rented. The security deposit is the amount that will be consumed by us incase of any damage (amount ceased will depend on the damage caused), misplacement, or loss of property.

Yes. You will have to sign an official rent agreement at the time of renting. The document comprises of policies of renting and renting terms and conditions.
There are some basic documents that you need to present in order to validate the rental agreement. These documents include photo id proof, address proof, security cheque against the rented equipments. And you are good to go!
If a misfortune occurs leading to the damage of any of the equipments, the damage cost will be charged from the security deposit submitted at the time of renting. The cost will be concluded depending upon the damages calculated by our QC team.
To extend the rental plan –
If you wish to extend the rental tenure all you need to do is, inform us a week prior the completion of the rental tenure. The tenure will be extended at the same rent and the discounts will continue (if any).
For early termination of the rental plan –
Even in case you wish to terminate the rental before the rental tenure ends, you need to inform us a week prior the date of completion (when you want the contract to end). In this case, the rental discounts will be nullified.
We will send a reminder to you, a week prior the tenure ends. On completion of the rental period our official will visit you at the given address and collect the equipments.
There will be a Quality Check (QC) conducted at your premises, after handing over the equipments. After all the formalities are completed, the security deposit will be transferred to your account within 7 working days.
The comfort and preference of our consumers stands first to us in any circumstances. If at the time of the delivery, you feel dissatisfied by the product delivered to you, you need not worry. All you need to do is inform our customer care executive and the equipments will be replaced.
